Glenreagh Memorial Museum

Glenreagh Memorial Museum is conveniently located on the main road running through the village. The museum, which was an extension of the School of Arts, was made possible through funding from a bicentennial grant. It showcases a collection of relics from the gold mining era, the early timber industry, and antique china pieces. Additionally, visitors can explore an entertainment corner featuring radios from the 1920s and an early film projector.

For those interested in visiting the museum, it is open on the first Saturday of each month during the Glenreagh Markets, starting at 9am. However, if you wish to visit outside of these hours, appointments can be made in advance.
