The Glenreagh Public Recreation Ground offers unpowered sites for $15 per vehicle per night, or $25 for a powered site. Visitors can stay for up to 50 days and have access to showers, toilets, bins, and water on the grounds. Pets on a lead are also welcome.

Located at the end of Bridge Street in the town of Glenreagh in the Clarence Valley Region of the Northern Rivers area of New South Wales, the Glenreagh Public Recreation Reserve provides affordable camping options. This makes it an ideal stop for travellers passing through the area, with various facilities available, including a laundry.

Amenities Provided

The well-maintained camping area, set in a picturesque bushland environment, offers ample space for large vehicles. The recently updated amenities are in excellent condition. Conveniently, onsite water and a dump point are available. There is also a camp kitchen and an undercover beer garden with a fire pit. Lots of opportunities to kick back, relax and share stories with your fellow travellers.

A caretaker is present to assist with any inquiries and fee payments upon arrival.

Just a short walk from the town’s main street, visitors can find a pub, general store, bakery, and post office. There is limited mobile phone service and television reception. Also, dogs are welcome at the campsite, provided owners clean up after them.
