Orara Valley Tours depart from Coffs Harbour at 10am, our journey will take us west on Coramba Road into the picturesque Orara Valley. As we travel through rolling green pastures and scenic countryside, you will be immersed in the beauty of nature.

Coramba

Our first stop will be in Coramba, a charming village nestled in the lush Coffs Harbour Hinterland. With its unique character and rich historical roots, Coramba offers a glimpse into the region’s past. Explore the local general store, gift shop, patchwork store, art gallery, and the iconic Coramba Hotel, where you can enjoy a drink in the beer garden with stunning views of the surrounding paddocks and hills.

Nana Glen

Continuing on, we will visit Nana Glen, a quaint village named after the Gumbaynggirr word for “two-tailed lizard.” Here, you can admire the timber sculpture “Two Tails” by local artist Ian Watson. The sculpture depicts the rare and mysterious two-tailed lizard of Nana Glen.

Glenreagh

Our next stop on the Orara Valley Tours will be Glenreagh, a charming village situated along the scenic Orara River. Glenreagh is surrounded by magnificent sandstone ranges where rock change colour depending on the time of day. Explore the historic timber town and have your photo taken with the beloved Golden Dog, a supersized smiling Dingo.

For lunch, you can choose from the fabulous local cafes and bistros. Your choices include the Coramba Hotel, the Idle In Café in Nana Glen, or the Golden Dog Hotel in Glenreagh.

On our return journey, we will travel along Bucca Road through the Coffs Harbour Hinterland. Our next destination is the Sealy Lookout and the spectacular Forest Sky Pier. At 310 meters above sea level, the views from the Sky Pier are truly breathtaking, offering panoramic views over the treetops and out to the ocean.

Finally, as our tour comes to an end, we will make our way back to your location, leaving you with memories of a day spent exploring the natural beauty and rich history of the Coffs Harbour region.
