Amenities include unlimited free WIFI, a large flat-screen TV, books, games, fresh linen, blankets, air conditioning, and an electric room oil heater. The bathroom features a shower over a small bathtub, a vanity basin, and a toilet.

Property History

Sunset Valley Cottage was originally built back in the 1980s. The materials used include stained-glass windows and timber repurposed from the original Nana Glen public school. This property, with the existing original main house, was one of the first settled in this area by farmers and miners dating back to the 1890s. The property has high heritage significance due to a lone surviving early settler gravesite located on the property.  The grave is an evocative reminder of the hardships of pioneer settlement and an irreplaceable link to the 19th century.
